
Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with NRI clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high net worth individuals, understanding their banking and investment needs.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years to 5 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand client profiles and goals to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products.
- Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to foster engagement and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
- Knowledge of NRI financial regulations and products
- Client engagement and relationship management
- Customer interaction and communication
