Key Account Director

The successful Key Account Director will lead the client servicing function for our Bangalore branch, building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client servicing function for our Bangalore branch.

  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams for effective communication solutions.
  • Represent us at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Team leader and mentor, guiding and inspiring others.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value.
