Job Title: Partner Operations Business Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Partner Operations Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and updating the list of active certifications.
  • Tracking progress toward certification goals and supporting team members in achieving requirements.
  • Managing and triaging help desk requests with clients.
  • Coordinating L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Delivering accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.
  • Providing actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.
  • Facilitating co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
  • Ensuring attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.

  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
