Job Title: Dialer Operations Lead

About Us: Antal International is a leading recruitment agency with a proven track record of delivering top talent to clients across the globe. We are currently seeking an experienced Dialer Operations Lead to join our team in Chennai.

Estimated Salary: ₹18-20 Lacs per annum.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of dialer systems used in contact centres or telesales environments. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement dialing strategies that maximize contact centre productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic BPO management, automation, or a similar role and proficiency in using dialer software and call centre technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of dialer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement dialing strategies to maximize contact centre productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage outbound dialing campaigns, including configuring dialing lists, scripting, call dispositions, and call routing rules.
  • Monitor dialer performance and campaign metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, such as TCPA and DNC regulations.
  • Administer and configure dialer systems, manage dialer settings, maintain call lists, import/export data, and oversee system integrations with other contact centre tools and technologies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 9+ years of experience in domestic BPO management, automation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using dialer software and call centre technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including TCPA and DNC rules.
