Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

- Proven experience as a Dialer Support Engineer or a similar role

- Proficient in Asterisk, Linux,CentOS and databases such as SQL, MySQL and MSSQL

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Previous experience in the CRM or Cloud Telephony industry is preferred
