Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and install dialer systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dialer systems, including Asterisk and database errors
  • Perform system maintenance and updates to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement dialer system enhancements and upgrades
  • Provide technical support to clients and end-users, resolving their queries and issues related to dialer systems

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Dialer Support Engineer or a similar role
  • Proficient in Asterisk, Linux, CentOS, and databases such as SQL, MySQL, and MSSQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Previous experience in the CRM or Cloud Telephony industry is preferred
