This is a leadership role that oversees accounting and financial operations within the company, responsible for developing and maintaining accounting systems, providing financial analysis to support business initiatives, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience

We seek a highly skilled professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional accounting certification, preferably CA or CPA.
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with at least 4-5 years in senior management.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial planning, taxation, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and exercising sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Tally.
  • High proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Experience working with external auditors to close financial statements on time.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
