Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end finance operations including receivables, payables, GST, statutory compliance, monthly MIS, and financial reporting.
The role requires a strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and software applications such as Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial discipline, preparing accurate statements, and supporting leadership with insights to drive growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
- Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
- Compliance & Taxation:
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
- Financial Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
- Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
