Financial Operations Manager

We are looking for an ambitious professional to manage our finance and accounting operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and grow into a leadership position as the company scales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting tasks, preparing accurate financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Accounting Operations: Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP/AR, GL, and reconciliations in Tally/ERP.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances to ensure liquidity and stability.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax regulations.
- Payroll and Statutory Filings: Oversee payroll processing and statutory filings (PF, ESI).
- Vendor Management: Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 4-6 years of experience in finance/accounting.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
