Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee various financial operations and ensure seamless execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting principles, financial software, and systems.
  • This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, as well as inter-company transactions.
  2. Review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements and record entries in our system.
  3. Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports.
  4. Oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily/monthly system reconciliation.
  5. Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare monthly ageing reports.
  6. Maintain and update financial data across various systems.
  7. Process invoices and accurately record receipts.
  8. Generate MIS reports and costing sheets using financial data.
  9. Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.
  10. Conduct general ledger reviews and analysis.
  11. Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.
  12. Deliver invoices to clients and submit acknowledgments.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  14. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations.
  15. Report any incidents or violations that may impact safety, security, or company reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountant (CA) Intermediate with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.
