Financial Management Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance professional to lead and manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, MIS, final accounts preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls.

The Finance Controller will work closely with senior management to drive operational success while ensuring effective use of technology for financial optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare, review, and update the company's business plans and financial forecasts.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management, analyzing performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Preparation: Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Internal & Statutory Audits: Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring the company adheres to internal controls, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including GST, corporate taxes, and related matters.
  • Payments & Financial Transactions: Implement maker-checker controls for financial transactions and act as the authorized signatory within prescribed limits for banking operations.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow and banking relationships for credit facilities and day-to-day operations.
  • Investor Relations: Oversee communication with investors, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • ERP Systems & Technological Advancements: Leverage ERP platforms to streamline financial processes and explore AI and ML technologies to enhance reporting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in finance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
  • Expected CTC: Rs. 26 to 34 lakh per annum
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday
  • Official working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
