About the Role

A skilled Test Designer is required to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for complex software systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing robust testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.

Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end testing strategies, designing and executing automation tests using Python and Pytest framework to validate software functionality, leading API testing initiatives to ensure seamless integration and functionality of backend services, utilizing Selenium for web application testing to identify and address potential issues, conducting mobile testing using Appium to enhance product performance on diverse platforms, defining and establishing test architecture guidelines and best practices for the team to follow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile testing methodologies, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 10-15 years of experience in software testing and strong knowledge of test architecture design and implementation.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are essential.
