Job Title: Strategic Talent Manager

Key Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic talent leader to oversee our regional HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers to ensure timely completion.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures to minimize risk.
Talent Development
  • Launch regional skill development centers and implement talent development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate and deliver training programs, including workshops, seminars, trainer-led, and online courses to support employee growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement to drive business outcomes.
Performance Management System
  • Conduct training on performance management systems and associated policies for the regional team to ensure understanding and effective implementation.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management policies and procedures to drive high-performance culture.
  • Ensure performance management process completion within timeline to meet business objectives.
Personnel Management
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, driving business success.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to minimize risk.
Administrative Operations
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee housekeeping and pantry operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office facilities.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of pantry supplies, office supplies, and other essentials to ensure seamless operation.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.
