We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and designing employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Attract top talent by creating effective job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, manage onboarding, and implement succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design Employee Engagement Programs: Improve retention and satisfaction by creating recognition programs, performance incentives, and employee feedback sessions.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee Performance Appraisal Process: Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and guide managers on performance improvement plans.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop and Enforce HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and handle audits and inspections.
- Learning & Development:
- Create Learning & Development Programs: Identify skill gaps, design training workshops, and drive leadership development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Design Competitive Compensation Structures: Conduct salary benchmarking, implement performance-linked incentives, and offer benefits packages.
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Contribute to Organizational Strategy: Provide HR insights, workforce planning, and lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
