Senior HR Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and designing employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Attract top talent by creating effective job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
    • Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, manage onboarding, and implement succession planning.
  2. Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Design Employee Engagement Programs: Improve retention and satisfaction by creating recognition programs, performance incentives, and employee feedback sessions.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Oversee Performance Appraisal Process: Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and guide managers on performance improvement plans.
  4. HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Develop and Enforce HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and handle audits and inspections.
  5. Learning & Development:
    • Create Learning & Development Programs: Identify skill gaps, design training workshops, and drive leadership development initiatives.
  6. Compensation & Benefits:
    • Design Competitive Compensation Structures: Conduct salary benchmarking, implement performance-linked incentives, and offer benefits packages.
  7. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Contribute to Organizational Strategy: Provide HR insights, workforce planning, and lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
