About the Role

This is a key position in our organization responsible for managing and coordinating various projects. As a senior program manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Description:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of overall IT experience, with 3 years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
