Job Title: Program Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our project initiatives. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  2. Team Management: Lead the project team in executing the project plan, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.

  3. Deliverables: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and intended outcomes.

  4. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.

  5. Resource Management: Coordinate resources across projects, managing dependencies and resolving conflicts.

  6. Performance Tracking: Track ongoing program performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills: Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects; extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies; cost and budget management; experience with Agile delivery.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Master's Degree: In Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Certifications: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills: Proficiency with program management software and tools; proven ability to execute and deliver on complex portfolios of projects and programs; experience with delivering successful organizational change initiatives and transformations.

Soft Skills

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership: Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Adaptability: Ability to deal with ambiguity and think on their feet.
