Senior Technical Program Manager

As a seasoned technical program manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and testers to deliver software solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, including technical, schedule, and budget-related issues.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop proposals that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on technical program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Jira, Asana, and Trello.
