Project Leadership Role

  • A Senior-level Project Manager is required to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as JIRA and MS Project.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PgMP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data cleansing, and data manipulation.
