We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Statistical Programming department, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and adherence to project requirements and SOPs. This leadership role is crucial for staff development, training, and retention, fostering a highly skilled and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Statistical Programming department, prioritizing activities across multiple projects and facilitating resolutions to conflicts.
  • Develop and implement departmental SOPs and guidelines, promoting standardized processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Responsible for staff development, training, and performance management, including setting goals, evaluating training needs, and providing mentorship and coaching.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of clinical drug development, ICH, and other regulatory guidelines, serving as a departmental expert.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Statistical Programming principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in project management within a statistical programming or clinical research environment.
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
  • Experience in staff development, training, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with clinical drug development, ICH, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
