Job Role: Senior Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality management processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Quality KPIs for multiple accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality management processes and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardized practices and meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team in implementing Six Sigma methodologies and Lean principles to drive process control and compliance.
  • Analyze metrics and develop dashboards to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strengthen knowledge consistency through calibrations, quizzes, and other training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Trust and Safety (Content Moderation)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Six Sigma Black belt/Green Belt certified
  • Demonstrated success in Transactional Quality
  • Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Powerpoint, Project, and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive, collaborative, and influencing skills
