  • As a Senior Test Lead, you will oversee one or more modules independently and work collaboratively with business analysts, developers, and architects to develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan.">
  • You will be responsible for understanding project requirements and creating a tailored test strategy that meets the client's needs. Additionally, you will analyze and review test cases, identify priorities based on business objectives, and estimate, plan, monitor, and control testing activities.">
  • An essential aspect of this role is effective communication with team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution. You will also need to prepare risk mitigation plans in case of potential delays and handle a small team while maintaining excellent troubleshooting skills.">
  • The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for managing testing scope, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), communication, risks, and issues. This includes creating a comprehensive test schedule and identifying training needs for testers.">
  • You will participate in defect management and triages, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the testing process.">
