Job Title: Senior Performance Engineer

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software applications through performance testing.

Your Impact

As a senior engineer, you will utilize your superior knowledge and experience to test applications and collaborate with agile teams.

  • Analyzing product specifications and customer requirements to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Creating and maintaining quality control processes and checks, including coding automation tests and writing test plans.
  • Developing and executing test plans, test scenarios against functional, performance, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process.
  • Identifying performance requirements and metrics, as well as appropriate testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proposing solutions to enhance quality and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and leading quality improvement projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum BE CS or equivalent experience.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in performance testing, QA, or software development.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools (LoadRunner).
  • Relevant experience in test automation using frameworks like Selenium, playwright.
  • Understanding of iterative software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing test plans and test cases (manual/automation, framework).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
