Project Director

Manage and execute projects to achieve business objectives and deliver results. Lead cross-functional teams, define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Deliver successful project outcomes against schedule, scope, and financial commitments.
  • Maintain budgetary responsibility and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate resources across projects, managing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
Basic Qualifications and Experience
  • Doctorate Degree or Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Diploma with significant work experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Functional Skills

  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that meet and exceed project objectives and success measures.
  • Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies.
  • Cost and budget management with detailed financial tracking experience of projects and/or programs.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and product team participation.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency with program management software and tools.
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver on a complex portfolio of projects and programs.
  • Experience with delivering successful organizational change initiatives and transformations.
  • Experience delivering GxP projects in the life sciences space.
Professional Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification.
