Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to spearhead our organization's information security strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust information security policies and procedures that align with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess security posture and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and incident response.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging security trends and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading information security initiatives and developing comprehensive security programs.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022 and NIST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and incident management processes.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
