Job Description:

The Chief Academic Leader is responsible for leading the academic team and driving the vision of the institution forward. He/she will oversee all programs delivered at the campus, manage compliances, and ensure strong academic and administrative skills are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the academic team to achieve institutional goals
  • Develop and implement academic strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation agencies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Chief Academic Leader must have:

  • A Ph.D. from a premier institute at the national or international level
  • At least 15 years of experience in academic and administrative roles
  • Strong linkages and network with industry and academics
  • Familiarity with various accreditation agencies and statutory bodies
