Job Summary

  • Seeking a Senior Programmer to lead statistical programming efforts in the development of data packages and deliverables for use in publications.

About You

  • Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with biostatisticians and programmers to implement statistical analysis plans, provide quality control and data packages, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Provide leadership and strategic input to programming personnel with varying levels of expertise, ensuring they are current with advanced statistical programming techniques.
  • Develop, implement, and document non-routine macros and advanced techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality metrics, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, developing and maintaining effective relationships and collaborations with stakeholders, biostatistics teams, and local programming team members.
  • Conduct post-hoc statistical analyses, lead global coordination efforts, participate in tool evaluations, and endorse developments.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and document statistical programming in high-level software packages, producing well-documented data packages.
  • Work closely with senior biostatisticians and programmers to develop and implement project management tools and trackers.
  • Manage a statistical programming team using R/Python.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advance SAS programming skills, SDTM & ADaM (CDISC), clinical data environment across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Excellent English language knowledge - written and spoken.
