Lead Statistical Programmer Role

Job Description

As a senior statistical programmer, you will be responsible for driving the development of statistical programming and data review reporting aspects of various studies and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop and implement statistical programming solutions for complex projects, adhering to internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and execute clinical trials, ensuring compliance with project / study standards and specifications.
  • Oversee the quality of statistical reporting and ensure that all deliverables meet the required timelines.
  • Act as a strategic partner in drug-development plans, executing them efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain statistical programming solutions for multiple studies and projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on statistical programming and data review.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics or related field.
  • Proven experience in statistical programming and data review (at least 5 years).
  • Expertise in R or SAS programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, data management, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
