Senior Manager, Statistical Programming Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Statistical Programming team.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive programming expertise to clinical project teams and vendors.
This includes deploying programming strategies, standards, specifications, and programmed analysis to comply with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and work practices.
You will also develop unambiguous and robust programming specifications, review key planning documents, and communicate proactively around issues and risks.
Additionally, you will identify, lead, and support opportunities to enhance processes and technology, and effectively recruit, manage, develop, evaluate, reward, motivate, and retain direct reports.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences
- At least 9+ years programming experience in industry including support of significant regulatory filings
- Proficient knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, regulatory guidance, industry standards, statistical concepts, and medical terminology used in the analysis and submission of clinical data
- Management experience supervising technical professionals
