Senior Programming Lead

The successful candidate will lead and develop technical programming initiatives within our organization, ensuring high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage all programming activities according to agreed resource and timeline plans.
- Ensure all programming activities adhere to departmental standards.
- Develop data quality enhancements and participate in multidisciplinary project team meetings.
- Write, test, and validate software programs in Unix to produce analysis datasets and presentation output.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Economics, or a relevant scientific subject.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant statistical programming experience in a clinical development or life sciences setting.
- Expert statistical programming knowledge using SAS or R.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Economics, or a relevant scientific subject.
- Training or experience using the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) common data model.
Competencies and Skills:
- Hands-on programming and lead role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Agile project management.
- Scientific/technical excellence.
Software Skills:
- SAS.
- SQL.
- R.
