Senior Principal Statistical Programmer

The Senior Principal Statistical Programmer will lead statistical programming activities for several studies and drive the implementation of data analytics reports. This role requires decision-making, strategy proposal, and functional management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead statistical programming activities for multiple studies or implement data analytics reports
  • Making strategic decisions and proposing project-level strategies
  • Acting as a functional manager for local associates, providing supervision and advice on functional expertise and processes
  • Building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and summarizing project status and critical aspects (timelines, scope, resource plan)
  • Ensuring project standardization and providing programming solutions
  • Acting as an expert in problem-solving aspects
  • Developing and validating datasets and outputs for regulatory submissions and other purposes
