We're Hiring: Senior Data Science Analyst (AI/ML | Generative AI)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ Years (4+ Years in AI/ML)

Mode: On-site

We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong analytical acumen, deep technical expertise, and proven experience in building & deploying AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.

You will be working on Generative AI, predictive modeling, NLP, recommendation systems, and cutting-edge ML frameworks to drive innovation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build & validate robust, scalable ML/DL models
- Apply advanced statistical techniques for actionable insights
- Lead projects in Generative AI & LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & business teams
- Mentor junior data scientists and review model/code quality
- Stay ahead with the latest AI research & translate into production-grade solutions

Required Skills:

- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
- Expertise in ML algorithms (SVMs, decision trees, neural networks, clustering, NLP)
- Proficiency in deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, LSTM)
- Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), ML pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes experience
- Generative AI & LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, embeddings, VAEs, GANs)
