Statistical Programming Director

This role provides leadership and programming expertise to clinical project teams, collaborating on the development of programs that align with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will lead and support electronic submission preparation, review and deployment of complex programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.
- Develops unambiguous programming specifications, including ADaM formats.
- Reviews key planning documents to ensure clarity and completeness of programming assumptions and requirements.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Deploying strategic programming approaches to meet project objectives.
- Validating and troubleshooting complex programs to ensure data integrity.
- Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, or life sciences.
- 9+ years of programming experience in industry, supporting significant regulatory filings.
- Expertise in statistical concepts, medical terminology, and clinical data structure (CDISC standards).
- In-depth understanding of relational databases and computing strategies.
