Job Title

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive reports on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development.
  • Providing guidance on the development of effective employment policies across the organisation.
  • Leading and supporting HR staff to increase knowledge, share best practice, and ensure professional standards are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department.
  • Driving continuous improvement in engagement, welfare activities, productivity, and leadership capability.
  • Transforming and strengthening our organisational culture, ensuring company values and approach are displayed.
  • Developing and maintaining a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Cultivating a positive work environment through coaching and mentoring colleagues to identify strengths, development needs, and encourage retention.

You must have:

  • A Master Degree in HR.
  • 12+ years of experience in an HR Role.
  • The ability to create people strategy.
  • Commercial acumen and metrics-driven performance.
  • A proactive attitude, leading with integrity.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and a positive manner.
  • A proactive work ethic.
  • A curious mindset, thinking innovatively about concerns.
  • Experience managing a skilled team and making quick decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills.
