Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our HR operations.

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Design and manage policies, frameworks, and processes to support organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labour Law compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
