Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to lead our recruitment and selection processes for technical and non-technical roles in the real estate sector.

  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive long-term performance and organizational growth.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, ensuring seamless transitions and high employee satisfaction.
  • Expertise and Compliance: Maintain expertise in trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Culture and Diversity: Foster a positive working environment, promoting collaboration, diversity, and inclusion among team members.
  • Audit and Efficiency: Actively participate in HR audit processes and contribute to improving overall HR function efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: People-oriented and results-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Key Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Professionalism: Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of ethics and governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Education: Master's degree or relevant certifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and driving business outcomes.
