The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling employee life cycle management, onboarding, induction, and HR operations for organizations with 5000+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can lead and manage HR operations processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups. This includes overseeing onboarding, induction, and employee ID creation ensuring seamless integration of new hires.

The successful candidate will drive compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and HR best practices. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and query resolution.

Additionally, they will ensure accurate HR data management and reporting for decision-making purposes. Working closely with leadership, they will strive to streamline HR operational excellence and process improvements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in large-scale organizations. They should have hands-on expertise in induction, onboarding, employee database management, and employee ID processes.

A strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and operational frameworks is essential. Excellent people management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills are also required.
