Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced human resources leader to oversee all aspects of our HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Support current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
- Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Maintain HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
