Job Title

The Human Resources Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant workforce management at manufacturing facilities.

This includes talent acquisition, statutory compliance, legal liaison, HR policy formulation, and fostering positive employee relations. Key objectives of this position include:

  • Evaluating and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee data and labor contracts.
  • Collaborating with legal experts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading HR functions during regulatory audits and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in manpower planning and organizational structuring.
  • Coordinating with Talent Acquisition teams to fulfill vacancies.
  • Ensuring effective induction and integration of new employees into their respective functions.
  • Safeguarding personal files of employees and FTEs in a secure manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least 12-15 years of experience in HR, with 5-6 years spent leading plant HR activities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
