Crest is looking for a skilled Business Development Executive

to drive sales growth and expansion in our commercial office facilities management business. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Formulating strategic plans to increase profitability and sales growth
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Total experience of 3+ years in sales, preferably in facility management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in selling maintenance contracts within the facilities management or property management industry
