Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning & Sales:
- Create and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets.
- Manage sales teams to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
Client Development & Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop a customer base to increase market share.
- Manage client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Development:
- Provide market insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop detailed plans to achieve market share and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and provide strategic inputs on pricing and competition.
Cash-Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow to ensure local collections meet set targets.
- Ensure timely billing and review budget for approval.
- Track and report branch performance metrics regularly.
Operational Oversight:
- Develop and implement peak season operations plans.
- Ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Conduct regular branch reviews to ensure compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team.
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and provide regular training.
- Create and implement a branch-specific training plan.
