We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at GlobeSecure Technologies Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our Enterprise Segment.



Key Responsibilities





  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and development across our Enterprise Segment.

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and develop new relationships with key stakeholders.

  3. Provide end-to-end IT solutions in the field of Network and Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud services.

  4. Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

  5. Understand the clients nature of business, organization, technology, products, and domain.



Requirements





  • Graduate from a reputed institute, with an MBA (preferable)

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in IT Sales B2B

  • Experience in maintaining relationships with CXO levels

  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers
