The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales teams and executing revenue growth plans.

  • Lead and scale sales teams, including hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, skill-building programs, and performance reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks, and SOPs for tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and customer support teams.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8-12 years of B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behavior, and WhatsApp/Conversational Commerce space.
  • Proven ability to hire, inspire, and scale a high-performance sales team.
  • Process and analytics skills, including sales forecasting, creating SOPs, and using data-driven insights to improve conversion and retention.
  • CRM proficiency with LeadSquared or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
