Cosmetics Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cosmetics Director, responsible for leading our beauty team and driving business growth.

• Sales & Business Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Promote products and services, and increase customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Customer Excellence:
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring timely service delivery and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular client consultations and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries to maintain efficient operations.
• Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and equipment upkeep to ensure a clean and healthy environment for clients.
  • Monitor product consumption and manage stock effectively to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of skilled beauty professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor team performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and encourage open communication to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaboration:
  • Partner with other departments to develop cross-functional strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4–7 years of experience in a similar role, with a degree or diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy. The role demands strong technical expertise in skin and hair care services, leadership skills, and ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
