About the Role: As a Senior Wholesale Lending Origination Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the origination and structuring of deals within our wholesale lending division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing secured wholesale lending opportunities through existing relationships and developing new networks
  • Developing a robust deal pipeline by identifying potential clients, assessing their financing needs, and presenting tailored lending solutions
  • BUILDING and nurturing relationships with financial intermediaries to generate leads and identify lending opportunities
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends to identify and capitalize on deal opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (credit, legal, risk) to ensure seamless deal execution from origination to closure
  • Achieving origination targets and contributing to the growth of the wholesale lending book

Requirements:

  • 14 to 20 years of relevant experience
  • Education: CA
  • The candidate should have mandatory experience in Structured Finance with AIFs, Performing Credit Funds or NBFCs in high yield credit
  • Solution-oriented, ability to adapt to dynamic situations, lateral thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with multiple levels of mgmt

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is ₹80 lakhs per annum, considering the location and industry standards. This figure may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
