About the Role

  • The primary responsibility of the Sous Chef is to maintain an efficient operation by constantly analyzing quality and cost of food production.
  • Maintain set standards and monitor time management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and comply with systems, procedures, rules, objectives and timescales.
  • Work within a technical/specialized area to improve the quality of the service and product provided.

Requirements:

  • Advanced culinary skills, leadership, and experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years in the profession.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cruise Ship Experience or 5 star Hotel Background.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food operations and ensuring that all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.

You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficiency.
