Job Summary:

The Chef de Partie - Multi-Cuisine oversees kitchen operations, ensuring timely and efficient preparation of diverse international dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes from various cuisines, adhering to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
  • Cooking Techniques: Master a range of cooking techniques including grilling, sautéing, braising, steaming, stir-frying, etc.
  • Station Management: Manage a specific station (e.g. grill, sauté, pantry, sauces, etc.) and maintain organization for service readiness.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain inventory control for your station, ensuring ingredients are stocked and properly stored.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes, menu items, and enhance current offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining area.
