Job Title: Customer Escalation Executive

About this role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a customer escalation executive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective resolution of customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

  • Timely and effective resolution of customer issues is key to customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and proven experience in resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolution of customer queries, complaints, and escalations through timely and effective communication.
  • Collaboration with dependency teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Provision of detailed reports on escalations/customer feedback.
  • Adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements, exercising sound judgment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Customer-centricity and empathy with drive for resolving customer issues.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization.
  • 1+ years of experience in L3 / CEO / Social Media escalations role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk).
