  • Exhibit a strong understanding of HR business processes and associated best practices.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing actionable recommendations to customers.
