Job Title: Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality HR services and driving process optimization.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, service governance, and continuous improvement, with the ability to oversee end-to-end HR service delivery processes.
  • The role involves ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversaw end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  2. Ensured compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  3. Managed and optimized HR service platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and drive business results.
  5. Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
