Job Overview

This role is crucial for designing and implementing efficient HR Service Delivery modules using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and develop scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules from end-to-end, collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Configure and customize HR Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Surveys.
  • Design and implement HR workflows, notifications, and approvals using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to align digital workflows with organizational goals.
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or PeopleSoft using APIs.
  • Develop custom widgets, catalog items, and enhance Employee Center Portal (ECP).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow HRSD modules.
  • Ensure solution compliance with security, privacy, and data handling policies.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, development, and procedures.

  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
  • Proficient in API integration and development.
